Cancellation Policy
By booking a live reading during a live event or stream, you acknowledge and agree to the following: When you reserve a reading during a live session, you are responsible for remaining present and available until your name is called. Readings are conducted in the order received unless otherwise specified by the reader. If your name is called and you are not present, your reading may be forfeited and the session will move on to the next person in line. Due to the nature of live events and time limitations, missed readings cannot always be rescheduled or held. If you know in advance that you may need to step away or have a time constraint, please communicate this with the reader ahead of time so arrangements can be discussed. Accommodations may be made when possible, but they are not guaranteed. Thank you for your understanding and for helping keep the live session running smoothly for everyone.
